Shipping Policy

This website uses the express delivery service of "EMS Post" or "Hong Kong Post".

1. All delivery times listed on this website are for reference only. The reference time is calculated based on the inventory status of the product seller, normal processing, customs clearance time and delivery time, delivery location and other factors. We do not make any promises about delivery time. The products you order on this website are delivered by us through carriers. You acknowledge and agree that once we deliver the products you ordered to the carrier, it means that you have signed a transportation agency agreement with the carrier and formed a legal relationship of transportation agency contract. Therefore, the ownership and risk of loss of the products are transferred to you when we deliver them to the carrier.

2. According to the current policy announced by the General Administration of Customs, the value of items sent from or to Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan is limited to RMB 2,000 each time. If the product ordered on this site exceeds RMB 2,000 and the package is returned, the customer must bear the mailing fee of the package, USD 30/package. (Cigar products are not affected by the limit and are indivisible products)

3. Delivery time: The products displayed on this website are all in Hong Kong warehouses, and the entire delivery process takes about 3 to 15 working days. In case of statutory holidays, the delivery time will be postponed. The delivery time depends on factors such as customs clearance, security inspection, force majeure, and the size of the territory of each destination country or region. We will arrange for a suitable carrier to deliver the goods you ordered to provide you with a better shopping experience.

4. Some carriers will provide complete customs clearance services including tax payment, so the tax is payable on delivery. The carrier will notify the recipient of the tax amount before delivery. If the customer refuses to pay the tax, the parcel will not be delivered to the customer, and the customer will abandon the parcel. Local carriers in some countries or regions will advance import taxes (such as tariffs, value-added tax, consumption tax, etc.) and generate corresponding service fees for the advance tax. When the customer signs for the package, he/she must pay the carrier the taxes and corresponding service fees paid by the carrier. If the customer refuses to pay, we will not be able to waive this fee, and the customer's purchased goods may be returned or destroyed.

5. We are not responsible for delayed delivery if the order is delayed or cannot be delivered due to the following circumstances:

(1) The information you provided is incorrect or the address is incomplete;

(2) No one signs for the goods after they are delivered, resulting in delivery failure or delayed delivery;

(3) You violate customs clearance policies and regulations and are rejected or confiscated by customs;

(4) You fail to submit customs clearance formalities on time or fail to submit them, resulting in delayed or detained delivery of goods;

(5) Caused by the carrier or a third party;

(6) Caused by changes in circumstances;

(7) Caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters, traffic martial law, sudden war, etc.
