Order Processing & Shipping Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding public holidays).
Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided and can be viewed in your order details page.
We ship via Hong Kong Post, and parcels generally arrive at the destination customs within 4–7 days.
How Is Shipping Calculated?
Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight and order value:
- For packages under 2kg with an order value above $100: Shipping fee $15
- For packages under 2kg with an order value below $100: Shipping fee $35
- For packages between 2kg–4kg: Shipping fee $35

Customs & Duties
All products sold on this website are tax-exclusive. Customers are responsible for complying with local laws and paying any applicable customs duties or taxes in their country.
We declare shipments based on the actual amount paid (excluding discounts and shipping fees). Requests for altered declarations cannot be accepted.
Can I Cancel My Order After Placing It?
Once an order is placed, we begin the customs declaration and processing procedure. Therefore, cancellations are generally not supported.
